Support
Write to support@peptideup.app. A person reads every message. You never need to send health details or photos of your medicine to get help.
Your data
Where is my data? On your iPhone, and in your own private iCloud if iCloud is on. PeptideUp has no accounts and cannot see it.
New iPhone? Sign in with the same Apple ID and turn on iCloud for PeptideUp; your history comes back on its own. You can also export a backup in Settings › Your data and open it on the new phone with Restore from backup.
Export or delete. Settings › Your data: a spreadsheet and a full backup, a one-page summary for your prescriber, or delete everything.
Subscriptions
Cancel or change your plan. iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › PeptideUp. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date and you will not be charged again.
Restore a purchase. On the Pro screen, tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you bought with.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What is free. Logging, reminders for one medicine, one Vault item with its freshness alert, site rotation and the share card are free forever.
Reminders and the widget
No reminders? iPhone Settings › Notifications › PeptideUp › Allow Notifications. Then open PeptideUp once so it can schedule them again.
The widget. Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for PeptideUp. "Mark as taken" logs the dose due today, with Undo for 15 minutes; the next time PeptideUp opens, it is saved.
Ask Pengu and meal photos
Ask Pengu and meal photos are part of Pro. Pengu answers from the numbers you logged and shows you a card before it saves anything. Meal photos are processed securely by AI solely to estimate nutrition and are never stored by PeptideUp. Vial and box labels are read on your iPhone and never uploaded. Turn meal photos off any time in Settings.
About your medicine
PeptideUp records what you and your prescriber decided. It does not recommend a medicine, a dose or a schedule, and it does not calculate doses, syringe units or volumes. Questions about your dose belong with your prescriber or pharmacist. If you feel unwell, contact a medical professional.
